Samsung s30 ultra running android 11 since no update from T-Mobile. The T-Mobile app seems to disable itself after some days. I have to go to the Play store to find it and enable it. What's up T...

It depends on the criteria and the power saving mode enabled on the device. Some versions of Android allow you to pick how long as well.
