MLB.TV ON US valued at $149.99 a season$149.99 a season Check back next season for a year of MLB.TV-at no extra cost. En este momento no esta disponible. I was a Sprint customer. I cannot login to the Tmobile website.. i get routed to a Sprint sign in page and it says my account closed after i sign in. I prefer to use the website to download bills, etc. However the Tmobile app works fine. Also I get many 'timeout errors" on login and this Community.247Visto0likes2ComentariosRe: Now being charged higher installments? why?

Yes just curious if anyone else had an issue.. since so many of us had issues ordering this phone. Just seems irergular that Tmobile can say the trade-in had an issue then upcharge a customer without the ability to return my older phone, etc. and send them back the new phone. Seems the agents have fixed the issue. They say the trade in error wastechnical…i wonder…mabe it is becuase I complained… anyway, seems they will provide the promotion back on. I hope so.13Visto0likes0ComentariosNow being charged higher installments? why?
I tried many times to order the Samsung S23 Ultra monthsago and it never went through (Samsung and Tmobile had web isssues - well documented here). I finally did order it and got the 56$ trade-in and the $1k credit for Magenta Max. However my account had a few trade-in requests pending - maybe from the orders that never went through as it took me (and others) weeks of trying).Idid mail my old S20Ultra and they they saidthey got it and applied the credit. However instead of seeing my typical $8 monthly payment for the S23 there is now a 50$ charge. What the heck! A few week ago a Chat rep said they would have to charge me the higher installments since my trade-in was not acceptable (the phone was perfect and they even sent me email about that). But that credit was only $56. They $1k credit was for being Magenta Max that lowered my installments to $8/24 months. What is going on with Tmobile? CHat indicates an issue with my trade in. what!/ the trade in was perfect …Tmobile cannot reverse everything without proof! This is outrageous…they can just lie about the trade in…. but it was only worth 56$ ……but they seemed to reverse the $1k credit for Magenta max also. This sounds so much like a bait and switch.. Maybe the local State Consumer Protection agency will hear about this.99Visto0likes2ComentariosText says I lost promotion??? what the ^&$*$!
Back in Feb I took advantage of the Samsung/Tmobile upgrade to the S23 Ultra. I traded in my S20 Ultra. The websites hadmany ordering tech issues (noted in the forums) and iIfinally got through. However my account shows that I need to send in 3 other trade in phones (I guess they logged this in error even though the orders at that time didn't go all the way through). I later sent in my trade in after getting the proper emails, etc. I received email stating the trade in was received and I got a $56 credit on March 11. I was also part of Magent Max+ so got the monthly credit of ~$39/mo so the phone cost me ~$10/mo for 24 months. Good deal! I had chatted with agents about these 3 lingering messages on my account and they said they would have them removed but never did. Today I get a text: Hi! The monthly bill credit for 2023 Samsung Trade P1 on T-Mobile line 3037251309 has ended because the promo ended or your eligibility status changed. Learn more No details on what this means but the Chat agent says I am losing my ~$39 credit. They cannot tell me if that is the monthly credit or 1 time. They also state there was an issue with my S20 Ultra trade in. But the phone was perfect and they even sent me email and gave me the $56 credit. The agent said they would look into it but could NOT assure me that my monthly bill would change. But the monthly credit was because I was a Magenta Max+ user…. but they don't know anything. Very frustrating and they called me back after I gave them a bad rating via Text messages (feedback survey). Wonder if anyone else experience this….?135Visto0likes0Comentarios- 8Visto0likes0Comentarios
