Cannot find where to print return label for trade in phone, website not working
I have three Samsung phones to return for trade-in on an upgrade promotion, but cannot get into the website to print return shipping labels and the T-Mobile store said they couldn’t take them for us....
Never mind. I kept hitting refresh on my screen (after trying for two days on cell, laptop, desktop!) and now it finally worked to show me the status of our order and a link to print shipping label on our trade in devices. UGH. What a mess.
