Can't receive photos from one person
Ever since we switched from Verizon, one person in my contacts list can't send me any photos. When she sends it, all I receive is a really long web address that begins with https://ftcontentserver.rcs.482... When click the link, it asks me to sign in with a login and password (which I don't know). This only occurs with ONE contact. I receive photos from anybody else without a problem.

Nuestra Configuración de APN y datos | Conexiones y red | Galaxy S21 FE 5G | Asistencia de T-Mobile page has steps on how to reset the APNs for your Galaxy S21 FE. That should help complete the step that drnewcomb suggested.

There should be a setting somewhere called “MMSC”, which should be “http://mms.msg.eng.t-mobile.com/mms/wapenc”

I've tried to navigate down to the appropriate settings, following the instructions I found on a few user groups, but the final step was never available. I have a Samsung Galaxy 21 FE, and in it, I navigate to Settings / Connections / More Connections / and then nothing.

That really long URL is how MMS (Multi Media Short messages) are transmitted. You get a SMS that contains an address and the phone goes out and fetches the content from that address. Have you reset your network settings? Your MMS APN is probably not correct.
