filing complaints with the BBB
I have contacted T Mobil with the same problems over and over to no avail. I have had enough, I filed with the BBB to try and resolve this issue since T- Mobil does not seem to fix the problems with connectivity, equipment problems, and what seems like a bait and switch sales pitch that seemed to get us to buy their bad service. I don't always have 5G where they say, the 3 phones do not work at all in areas where they said they would work. It's gotten worse in the last year of my two year contract. Plus the cost went up, and I was told it would never go up during my contract. I want out of this contract.

I'm stuck in a T-mobile scam also. There is no help anywhere on this site. When I go to a school, they tell me to go online. I thought that was their job to help. Good luck sir. I'm dropping T-mobile as soon as I can. They have horrible customer service.

the site is primarily peer to peer assistance. we tend to recommend people contact TMO through one of their social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter..this will land you with tier 2 support instead of the call in tier 1 support.
just make sure to send them a message using one of the above..do not post on their main page.
