galaxy note 20 ultra screen has gone dark
My samsung galaxy note 20 ultra was working one day and the next the screen has gone totally dark. Can still hear notifications, can answer calls by touching the volume up button; end calls by touching power button, but cannot see anything on my screen - HELP!!!
you’ll need to take it into a store. either the screen came unplugged internally from things like drops or the screen itself went fully out. either way someone will need to get into the phone to see.
