How would I get the IMEI and Serial number from a phone that I lost (the box too) and was under sprint at the time?

I looked everywhere and I can't find the box. I need these numbers so I can reset the phone number on my samsung account.

Is the phone still active ? You can try calling in because I know at one time TMobile kept all the IMEI numbers of the phones you used.

The phone number went inactive before sprint merged with T-Mobile, but it might have been archived somewhere.

I know a few years back I went to a 3rd party kiosk at a mall and the guy was able to pull up all the phones I used and the imei's.
