LG K8 model recognized as LG K7 in my t-mobile account
Hola,
T-Mobile has my LG K8 model phone listed as an older LG K7 model with an older os. I am getting a lot of apps being "non-compatible" with the phone. The K7 has an os of 5.1 while my phone (K8) has an os of 7.1.2. Could the wrong model on the website be the cause of this ?
Is it a Tmobile branded K8? If it's not it will show in your Mytmobile account as the next compatible phone.
