Note20 Ultra 5G Groups Texts Messaging issues after recent update
Anyone aware of, or noticing any issues with group texts on their Note 20Us (possibly any other Samsung device?) after the latest software update? I noticed that after the update, any group text...
Same exact issue on Note20 Ultra 5g. In fact I know the issue is related to the eSim. I recently converted from a removable Sim card to eSim in an attempt to improve my 5g download speeds. Not only did I lose group messaging but it didn't help my 5g speeds either. I've trying all the setup and settings to ensure SIM2 (eSim) is the primary Sim and only Sim, and also made sure my texts allow group messages.
Friends have sent screenshots in my troubleshooting to prove my group messages sent to them are retained, its only when they respond to the group message that I receive separate texts individually outside of the group chat.
I seem this issue before on my wife's old apple phone, and it can get very nasty.
Tempting to revert back to removable Sim card just to get group messaging back. It's a critical requirement for collaboration and team events.
