Understanding the cycle of my bill.
I thought my cycle started on Aug 30 thru Sept 29th. It hasn't gone back to 200 GB. What is wrong?
Your billing cycle is usually a couple of days before your bill generates. You might want to give Customer Care a call at 611 to confirm th exact day it rolls over. You can also reach out to T-Mobile by sending them a DM on Facebook or Twitter in case you don't feel like calling.
