Voicemail Issue

Is anyone having an issue retrieving voicemails?  This started yesterday.  I have clients texting mne that they have left messages but I am not getting any messages.  I call in and it says i have no messages.

My phone says I have 8 voicemails, but when I try to retrieve them I am asked for a code which I do not have so I need to get one. I have a UserID and a password but neither of these work with the voicemail module. I have spent hours trying to get through to Customer Service, with no success.

My voicemail is not full.  My voicemail no longer exists anywhere.

Trying to remember exactly as I was talking with a helpful tech person…..I believe I just went into "deleted messages" which were actually still stored there and causing my voicemail box to be "full" and not accepting new voicemails.  Good luck.

I do not have any old archived messages that I know of.  How do I check that??

I was actually able to resolve my issue with deleting old texts and messages that were “archived”.

I have spent hours upon hours on this, only to get the run around and hung up on numerous times.  I finally had one supervisor, Franchesca, who was extremely helpful and followed up every step of the way, until I started having other issues.  Unfortunately, my problem is not fixed and everything they did caused other issues.  I have been trying to get a return call from Franchesca since last Wednesday, and it has not happened. I had one rep tell me they were going to send me a new phone for all my troubles, which I never even asked for.  My phone is not the issue.  It is an issue with T-Mobile.  I received a call over the weekend to tell me my new phone was not approved.  Mind you, I never even asked for a new phone.

I most likely will be looking for a different phone carrier.  I have had horrible customer service before from other companies for various other things, but T-Mobile definately wins the prize.

I waited on hold for over an hour and finally gave up….let me know if you find out anything.

One thing I just read was to delete old texts, so I’m trying that….
