@Holds1325  Apple is probably looking for a receipt that includes the IMEI number for the phone you have. If you log in to your T-Mobile account, you can find you Equipment Installment Plan Agreement under Account History. 

  1. Ingresa aes.T-Mobile.com. 
  2. Elige Cuenta
  3. Elige Actividad de la cuenta. 
  4. Selecciona los siguientes filtros de categoría y fecha. Categoría - Documentos Fecha - Año en curso
  5. Find the eip agreement for the date that you purchased your iPhone SE.
  6. Selecciona Download PDF (descargar PDF). 
  7. Open the PDF and you can print or save to your phone so you can attach it to an email.
