Knocking noise in background
I hear a terrible knocking sound in the background each time I make a call. The other person can not hear the sound. It makes calls unbearable and I need to end them. I will have to cancel my plan if this cannot be fixed. Here is a thread on this on the Apple community. It is also reported in Reddit. I"m being told to end the call, turn on Aiprlane Mode for 30 seconds, then turn it off.
Suggestions?
A ton of us here the same thing but, Tmobile continues to say it's us and not them. At this point better to switch to another company cause their not going to fix it.
Agreed. Unfortunately I have 2.5 years left on my contract. I have to use WhatsApp to have a meaningful phone call, for both work and personal calls. The only thing I can do is make sure no one I know switches to TMobile.

I turned them in to the FCC and Tmobile haf to call me....they so with an attitude and still denied its them. Tried to say it's where I am after I have repeatedly told them everything
So it looks like a class action lawsuit needs to be started cause they obviously are refusing to fix the issue and have no plans to.
