my tmobile i phone 15 pro max

I’m very not happy with my purchase I need my money back but I tried to call costumer service for the last 3 day and I jus keep waiting and not answering from the operator 

  • How long have you had the phone? Make sure you are not past the buyer remorse period. If within this time frame try contacting T-Mo through their online sites such as Twitter or Facebook. Faster response then trying to call. And a higher tier level.

  • i believe the return period is 14 days..not overly sure if this has changed over the lats few years though..
