Need support about unlock network
Hola
I bought iphone 11 promax long time ago, arround 2020. But now, when i was traveling to other country. I gave it to my friend as a gift. But she said it's network locked and couldn't using it.
So how can i resolve this problem?
I have checked some policy about payment, or bad status. But i'm sure that i already done all payment, and don't have any bad status stick with that phone.
Can you guys help me about this situation? Like, checking that iphone for me if everything is ok.

since you are the one that originally purchased it you’ll need to be the one to contact TMO (not through the site here) and try to get it unlocked. she is not the original purchaser so the can not unlock it.
Even though you are the original owner, your account and the device still must meet all of the SIM Unlock Policy requirements. Are you still a T=Mobile customer?

Unfortunately , i'm not T-mobile customer now. I moved out to live in other country. I have tried to contact some friends but no one using T-mobile services. So i think this phone will be a paperweight now. Thank you for being so supportive
Even though you're not a customer anymore you can still request an unlock code if your account was still in good standing and a post paid account.
Please unlock my oneplus 9 G5 single sim. How can i unlock my phone's network lock 😔 please tell me
