incoming calls are blocked
I added a watch line (apple watch) a couple of days. All good for just one day, now I can't receive any incoming calls. FaceTime over wifi and cellular works Messages works Can make calls No pend...
I'd suggest to reach out to tech support. it'll take several rounds of call forwards, so please have enough patience and time. In my case, tech support mentioned that they're doing a re-provisioning and got this resolved in next 5 mins.
Unfortunately tech support was not able to figure out what went wrong. Account history dont show any relevant changes too.
