Where is my iPhone 15 Pro Max? - My wife got hers, orded the next day!

I ordered white titanium  256 on 9/16 got charged  9/28 shipped 10/2 received  it 10/3. I also ordered  white titanium  and blue  titanium  9/22  I've called costumer service with the agents  telling me something  different  each time I call. I'm so over this, tmobile  really needs to train them better, before my order I changed my plan from magenta  to go5g plus with them quoting me the wrong price. good thing I recorded that phone call its the only way they honored the price
