Tarjeta SIM
I got my new phone today and it talks about the T-Mobile SIM Card but there isn’t on in the box the phone came in, is that shipped separately?

If our device is eSIM capable, then you could always set that up. Otherwise, you will either need to call T-Mobile and request a SIM or go into a store to purchase one. If you were a customer of T-Mobile before purchasing this device. You could also remove the SIM from your old device and put that SIM in your new device, if it is the same size SIM.

if its an iphone 13 they dont ship with sims ive only ever seen care have a physical sim sent once
eSIM's are available for prepaid and I think, iPhone for postpaid, but a SIM still should have came in the box. If the device is pretty new or was shipped directly from the manufacturer, then that might explain the SIM not being in the box. I would call Customer Care at 611 or DM them on Facebook or Twitter to see if they can get you a SIM sent out right away.
Negative, nothing in the box checked several times. Is it possible I have an eSIM?
New devices sold by T-Mobile should come with a SIM card inside of the box the phone comes in.
