Bill is the same after paying off phone
When I went with T mobile, I had the price of my phone for 2 years on my bill. Now after 2 years and my phone is unlocked, my bill is still the same. It's not making sense to me. Can anyone elaborate on this?

Did you get a promotional trade in that basically made your phone free? If yes, your bill will show the monthly charge for the phone but will also show an equal amount of credit. Once paid off both the monthly charge and credit will stop so your bill amount will be the same or just +/- a few cents.
There shouldn't be any scenario where you keep getting billed monthly for a phone that you paid off.

Your bill may have been paid off that specific bill. There is a difference between cycles 1 usage, and 1 billing cycle. Wait until the following bill to see if it lowers.

Thanks for you reply. It's been 9 months since my phone was unlocked. It's been paid off that long so I shouldn't still be paying the same

Not all payment terms are 24 months. There are some that are 30 and even 36 months long. Some are leases where you don't own the device until you choose to pay the fee to end the least and keep the device.
All billing related questions should be addressed with Customer Care by calling 611 from your T-Mobile line. You can also reach out to T-Mobile via DM on Facebook or Twitter to inquire as to why your bill hasn't gone down.
