They will take cards from other countries. I have never had an issue using a Canadian Visa card. Barclay's from the UK and EU is another one that works.
My Malaysian cards aren't accepted. Look at the list of countries and it isn't there. In fact, T-mobile's list of countries are limited. A lot of countries are missing. Is T-mobile refusing service to other countries?
T-Mobile prepaid is meant for use within the US with very limited roaming.
I lost 2 numbers because I could not be present in the US at the moment to pay with a Brazilian credit card, T-Mobile is just not giving any real solution. Just fix the credit card validation please, is not hard at all.
