My monthly Internet bill was incorrectly charged.
Why was I charged $55 even though I provided my payment account information and applied for autopay when I first opened my home internet service?
I first opened a new Internet connection through T-Mobile Home Internet Chat, and if you look at the records, you will see that I applied for Autopay and provided my payment account information. Please check and return $5.
Try calling or texting support at 611 and ask why you didn't get the discount.

i am getting the worst service that i have ever had in my entire life. trying to get me to pay for internet that was cancelled august 8th. the rep told me that my bill was over $200 and when i told her what the account said was quite lower than what she quoted all of a sudden the bill was right. im paying $55 for internet im not using. this has been going on for months. im considering going to the bbb, fcc, yelp and an atty for a class action lawsuit for fraud. im done. anyone interested? im disabled. not stupid. let me know what you guys think.
