No real customer support team
Don't waste your time calling there's no real supervisors ,or president's office. You have to write to Mexico. This maybe to discourage you and they won't help with any issues.
Do you mean New Mexico? If you use social media you can use messenger on one of Tmobile's social media platforms.
You can also do a Google search for the Tmobile’s CEO’s email address, he may not monitor it but he has people who do
