2-REFERRAL DISCOUNT AND NEW CUSTOMER PRICE/PROMOTION

I have called and talked with and left message about questions I have but no response.  I have a family member that has Spectrum and wants to switch to T-Mobile.  I cannot get a response on how much of a discount I will receive for the referral and process to get this discount.  Also my family member wants the same deal I got when I signed up with T-Mobile - $50 month/autopay and a check/card for $150? or $50 don't remember which it was but I think it was the $150.  So does anyone know what I need to do to get a response from T-Mobile-is there a process for a referral discount?
