5G internet has become unreliable in the last teo months
I've had 5G for about a year and it's been very good. In the last 2-3 months it's started dropping often and never having good download speeds. I get 4 bars on the Gateway but the internet access is becoming unusable. ¡Ayuda!
Confirmed. Magenta plan since 2021. Consistently drops from 5g to 4g and back while at home. 5g speeds rise and fall. Upload speeds typically around 2Mbps but can top out at around 10Mbps. Downloads from 20 - 150Mbps. Made several calls to support about it. Plan fees keep rising. Good luck
