AT&T and other services go offline in huge widespread network outage

I have been hearing about AT&T, T-Mobile and other carriers having a nationwide outage where there there phones aren’t working as in phone calls, texts, internet, etc. I live in Indiana and I have a IPhone 15 Pro Max and my phone works just fine I can make phone calls there’s nothing wrong with my texts my internet is working my AT&T WiFi is working so where is all this happening at.
