cell service
Has anyone else noticed over the past year tmobiles LTE coverage works just as horrible as 2g service? I keep getting told it's a rower issue and have been told to constantly reset my device and network settings. I'm not stupid, I know how to reset many ohone and network settings, and no matter how many times I do it on my 5G compatible device, I have two bars of LTE and can't even get a text to properly send. I've been a customer for over five years and I'm so beyond annoyed with the cell coverage T-Mobile has had recently. I can't even DoorDash because the gps won't load when I have five full bars of LTE, and the excuse of "too much traffic to the cell towers" is BS.
customer service is fine, that's never been an issue for me. It's tmobiles cell coverage itself. It's not worth $130 a month for.

There coverage has gotten extremely bad. I live in the middle of downtown Portland, OR, top floor of my building & i get 0-1 bars. Barely have a connection. Then at cascade station shopping center near PDX airport there is 0 service there. no cell service or internet. On two different Tmobile phones. Iphone se & Cat s61(android). It gets worse everyday.

type of phone?
are there any other TMO phones on your account? and if so are they seeing the same thing or no?
does it improve once you leave that area by say 5+ miles?
side note..a lot of tower work is currently happening (figuring out which Sprint towers they’ll keep then having those upgraded is a big one currently). but if its been the same way for about a year its safe to say one of the near by towers covering your area is down or just about over capacity with people which the next out tower should be helping but it would seem it is not.
as for speeds..i just tested and got the fastest speeds i think i have ever had so far with TMO..
485mbps down
28.3 up
23ms ping.

how many stories is your building? keep in mind that if the tower near your home is on the ground level they wont point the antenna upwards...it’ll always be pointing downward.
if its on a roof type tower then its gotta compete with getting that signal through all the walls etc to get to you..
