I just wanted to report the worst customer service I have ever received by the T-Mobile customer service department. I have been with T-Mobile for over 5 plus years and never had issues before. When I asked to be transferred to the supervisor, she literally put me on hold for indefinite time and then finally hung up the call.

   VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. IF THERE IS SUPERVISOR THEN THEY SHOULD TAKE NOTICE AND ACTION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • T-Mobile customer service is antagonistic and refuses to stop defrauding me. I am being charged a full Magenta Max price without even having ANY service over the last 3 months. Customer service DOES. NOT. CARE.
