connection change
how to you change from metered to non-metered connection on t-mobile home internet
If referring to Windows displaying the connection as metered, it's a Windows setting for each network connection and varies by version. A google search on "metered connection Windows x" where x is your windows version, will point you in the proper direction.

Setting a metered/un-metered connection does change both WIndows and Windows app data usage behavior.

Non metered connection? There's no real metered connection, unless you're one the 'lite' connection, and that's because the area doesn't have the infra to support the volume of data.
I typically use 400GB on home internet
