diminished data speeds and dropped calls
My service quality has deteriorated in the last month. I no longer get 5G and calls get dropped daily. Each call to customer service ends without resolution. I'm in the market to replace my two lines. Who is looking to switch carriers and what deals are looking attractive?

Ugh, same! Before you switch, first download the Speedtest app on your phone and go to the coverage map. At the bottom where it says T-Mobile, pull up the toggle. Choose Tech Type "Most Common" then switch between carriers to see coverage in your area. In my area, practically the whole state, T-Mobile beats out every other carrier so switching isn't an option. I would hate to have you switch and find out things are worse, so maybe try the app first and see if that helps with your decision. I hope you find what you need and things get better for you.

Oh I've been facing the same issue for months now. No response or resolution from TMobile. Aside from the clearly paid little marketing from TMobile who already commented haha.. there's plenty of good offers out there. ATT has offered to buy me out of my contract since I still owe on my devices. Atleast they have better service than what we've been receiving.
