Experiencing Network Issues with the Latest T-Mobile Update – Anyone Else?
Has anyone else experienced similar issues after the latest update? If so, how widespread is this problem? I'm trying to determine if this is an isolated issue with my device or a broader network problem.

I live in western NY and for the last couple of weeks I have noticed a drop in Internet speed below 60 Mbps. This is most noticeable when I'm streaming a baseball game via the MLB.TV service on my laptop while browsing articles on my Android phone. The baseball game will "drop out" of the live stream and I have to continually turn it back on again.
Does anyone know if T-Mobile is throttling service or implemented hardware/software changes that would affect throughput?

That's a pretty generic question. What 'kind' of network issues ? Please be a little more specific.
