Galaxy A32 Issues

I'm having a problem with callers not being able to hear me when I'm speaking or they say the words have a cracking sound. Sometimes I can't make calls because I get a notification that I'm not connected to a network. When I make calls it takes forever for the call to connect even though it shows calling. I've had to return a Samsung Galaxy phone before to get another one because the store Rep couldn't determine what what was with it.
