I want to thank T-mobile in Tewksbury at Wamesit Place (Store 3SLO) for excellent customer service. In particular Guilherme. They quickly educated me on all the options for plans and in adding a new line for my kid. I took a couple of days before deciding and when I went back they actually remembered our conversation and helped with every step of the process. I even got a new phone because they showed me I was eligible for certain promotions. The team there really worked well together.
