I can't activate esim card in my iphone

I bought a prepaid esim card last night, but the phone could not be activated.
No service is now indicated

Any type of Tmobile USA Sims need to be activated on Tmobile USA towers.
My device is iphone13 pro. Esim is activate in china, Can someone help guide how to activate
