Managed network and enterprise messaging on a Consumer Account

I have an account 13 days old on days 3 with the account 3 things happens simoltainusly 1 My primary account Holder label disapeard  2  five  managerd  add ons became available to me and they  all seem business related inclouding enterprise messaging that tells you in details that your employer needs to enable it for it to work and 3 a managed network which means only one thing that someone came remotely access my device without authorization or consent when I call them they had the audacity to say that those features are standard  with a consumer acount
