Messages containing our domain name are not being sent or received
The domain name for our business seem to be on a blacklist that t-mobile uses. any text message that includes our domain name is filtered out and is not getting delivered.
No indication is displayed to the sender that the message was not sent.
We called T-Mobile customer support and no one was able to help us. No one knew where the filter list is or how to take our domain name off of it.
We currently cannot send out a text that contain our email address or our website to any of our customers because the text would contain our domain name and the entire message will not get delivered.
This has caused our business a great hurt and caused us to lose some potential clients because they thought we were ignoring their texts when in fact we were replying to them but they weren't receiving anything.

Are you sending out this link on personal cellphone accounts or a business cellphone account? Over time, the amount of times you have sent out the same link might have flagged it. Especially if you were doing this via a personal cellphone plan and not a business one.

Try reaching out to T-Mobile via DM on Facebook or Twitter. They start at a tier 2 level of support. They should be able to get this resolved for you as long as the issue is on T-Mobile's end. If Google or Apple have blocked the link, which would depend on the platform you are using. You will have to reach out to their support to have it resolved.
