MMS Not Downloading over WiFi

Hola all!

I've had this issue with several phones (LG and Google Pixel), but I've resolved it in the past by creating a new access point. I currently have a Google Pixel 8 Pro and not all MMS messages will automatically download. Then when I go to the individual message to force it to download it just gives me a spinning arrow. I have to use the Messages for Web to make it download. I also work somewhere that I do not get a signal, but have a strong WiFi connection.  I will receive the first 3 or 4 messages in the thread that day, but then it will not download. Previously, I found a hack that allowed me to add another Access Point to my T-Mobile that would download the messages. I just had to remember to switch back when I left work because I wouldn't get calls/texts when I wasn't on WiFi. I am unable to find this Access Point (I feel like the APN or APN Type included wifi).

Any help would be appreciated.
