Mobile Network Dropped at my work

I'm a security guard, been at my worksite for about 8 years. I work in a decent sized guard shack. Never had any issues with my mobile network. I get 5GUC. As of a few days ago my network completely drops as soon as I walk into work building. Walk to my car and my network is back and working. This has only happened at work. I've tried everything that I can think of to troubleshoot, I've even factory reset. I've checked mobile network settings, check the SIM card, and obviously turning it off and on again. Nothing has worked. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have a galaxy s22 ultra. 

I should mention that nothing at my work has physically changed. We are 24/7. I've asked my coworkers and they all said no work has been done to the building we are in.
