multiple devices connected to arcadian 5g home internet. some have internet and some do not
I am having some issues with my home 5G internet. I have multiple devices connected to my Arcadian router. It's new, I just started service a few days ago. It will randomly drop internet connection on 1 or 2 devices while others still have internet access. It does it at all times, when there's a heavy load, when there's a light load, at anytime. The only way to fix it is to restart the router. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a fix for my devices to not lose internet access while others still have access?
You might want to use a WiFi analyzer and take note of what channels your Arcadyan is broadcasting on. It could be that the router has changed channels (which happens occasionally) and those 2 devices are having a problem with the channel change (especially if it has selected DFS channels in the WiFi 6 standard).
