My phone/internet keeps going down for days on in.

My phone/internet keeps going down for days on in. The network just disappears, and only emergency calls can be made.  3 days a couple of weeks ago, then thur and fri it went down during the day but back up around 5:30 then it stayed up all weekend then Monday went down at 9am and did not come back until 4am. How do I find out if this is being fixed or if it is a permanent issue going forward. I have a hotspot device, a lifeline phone and a prepaid t-mobile phone and they all stop working so not a device issue.
