  • I have had major issues with phone not hooking to tmobile network at home. They put in a cell spot/signal enhancer  2 years ago and I have had no issues until october. Continual issues with no signal poor signal, not hooking to tmobile network automatically and emergency phone service only. Customer service and technical support was entirely useless and frustrating. In Decemebert issue just seemed to disappear. Just got back from a trip and its back again. Rebooted phone and cell spot multiple times and yet my phone at home is essentially useless. ideas ? help?

  • which phone? there are a couple out right now that are having network issues after a security update. i think it was the S22 and S23 and then a few Apple devices if your phone is popping up a SOS notification.

  • contact TMO through either Facebook or Twitter..this will start you with tier 2 support.

     

    was it a out of country trip or within the U.S?
