No coverage to where I moved
Moved to a new home 3 months ago and we don’t have good signal at all.
We have called tmobile multiple times and they said this part of the neighborhood is a dead zone.
What do we do now? Without being on our WiFi, there is no way we can't even make phone calls. Data, even worst.
How can we justify paying for services that doesn’t work in our home, in case of an emergency, we can’t even call out.
We still have 10 more months paying for our phones, is there a solution? How can we even port our numbers to another carrier if we still paying for 3 phones?
you’ll need to contact TMO and see what can be done about letting you out of your contract etc. if you dont have any payments or anything keeping you check with your new neighbors to see what carrier is the prominent one there.

But you can't take a mini cell tower w/ you when you leave home. I am about to have the same issue. It's about 15 miles once I leave home before I start to even get 1 bar.
Good luck with getting T-Mobile to deploy service. Many small rural towns are 'at best' having 'some' service by towers that are outside of town.
I’d recommend checking t-mobile’s coverage map at https://t-mobile.com/coverage. If it is indeed ‘No Service’ vs. showing service but none can be found (meaning fly your device in a drone ~300’ up and you’ll get service).
T-Mobile often has a low bar for ‘service’ and in many areas of ‘No Service’ list … 4G LTE/5G service.
I’d check with neighbors or other carriers in the area - I suspect that AT&T/Verizon will have better service in your case.
Similar issue - will be moving into a rural town where tmobile does not have coverage, but their competitors do - will they allow to leave them due to them not having coverage in the town we are moving to? Spoke with a few neighbors too - they tried their cell booster and it only works in certain rooms - the neighbors are fighting with tmobile about this issue now.

Call 611 and ask them to ship you a ‘cell spot’ or ‘cell booster’ (if they still have them).
contact TMO either through call in or through Facebook/Twitter and explain that your new home is in a dead zone..they should be able to work with you guys on either trying to get a booster or possibly allowing you to leave early as long as the device is paid off. you can also check with another carrier and see if they have any deals where they pay off the remainder owed to get you with them.
