not a fan of Gateway
I'm having a horrible time with the gateway constantly dropping out. I never had this problem before with other provider. What is there to do but turn it off, while you're in the middle of trying to watch tv, then turn on and cross your fingers? Help, suggestions needed. I did this because I was sick of overpaying the cable company, but this is super frustrating.

Agreed! I've been a customer for over a year now and last few weeks have been horrible! I don't think 11pm on a Sunday night would be considered "congested" hours. Everything in the app shows devices are properly connected to the gateway and gateway is connected to the internet, yet none of my devices are actually connecting to the internet! I've tried restarting my Roku + my phone several times each and have also restarted my gateway. Nothing. This is at least the 3rd time this has happened in 2 weeks. I'm so frustrated that I'm even considering going back to Comcast…something that I swore I would never do!
