Welcome to TMOb - they always blame the phone, the sim card, the user, the cat, the weather - never admit THEY DO NOT HAVE THE COVERAGE! Always a story about something they can't control.
I’m in TECH - used to do memory upgrades on the IBM 8088 0 the first desktop PC on the market in like ‘83/’84, had to take out the motherboard and use a chip puller/seater to put in separate ram chips!
SIM cards are a piece of cake, and there's no reason for them to slip or move once inserted, so that's just BS! My previous phone (I like Samsung, have an S20, previous was an S10 w/Verizon NEVER had a SIM card issue in 4 years! They say "SIM CARD" and I say move on to what's next!
I left Verizon over billing issues, NOT service, so it looks like I’ll be going back and just have to deal with that - maybe THEY got better… TMOB doesn’t seem to be CAPABLE!
