Have not received Magenta Max service since May. TMobile keeps charging me each month and rfusing to unlock the phone I paid offg
I stopped getting my Magenta Max unlimited data and cell service in May. It just stopped working and technical support didn't fix it. No data use or cell service since then. 3 months without service....

My number being assigned to me is not the basis of my service. I don't have service, they have not provided it for 3 months.
I tried getting it to work with technical support until part way through June. I am a disabled person on a fixed income. The contract became voided and I stopped paying in June.
They can't charge me for a contract they have long since voided. I haven't had Magenta Max since May. They failed. T-Mobile needs to stop fraudulently charging me.
I have paid off the phone and they are completely scamming me
