SE Missouri little or no internet

I finally after waiting 45 minutes, contacted them. They told me there is a problem with the tower in my area. Hopefully they will have it fixed this week.
I think many people are seeing the same. The last three days, a holiday weekend, I've been tracking the speed with their speed test. It begins at 6 a.m. with 90-100 MBPS. It degrades over the next 6 hours to unusable at less than 2 MBPS. I can't even use it for a computer video. No streaming. They blamed my router location. Not a chance. The data shows the same for three consecutive days. I believe their network is over congested. They oversold 5G service and don't have the infrastructure to support it. But they lie telling us they have no network problems. I had to explain to them I am reporting the problem they are either lying about or don't know exists. But I think they know.
