Remote Diagnosis of 5G Home Internet

TLife gives some stats on your home internet app w/o using wifi
You will need to login to your TLife account and use the ‘Home’ icon and find your device

To check the status of your T-Mobile 5G Home Internet remotely, you have a couple of options:
T Life App (For Home Internet Plus Customers):
Download the T Life app from your app store.
Sign in with your T-Mobile ID to manage all settings.
In the app, scroll down on the home screen and select "Manage my home internet." You can view and adjust gateway settings remotely.
T-Mobile Internet App (For Askey Gateway Users):
Ensure you’re connected to your gateway via Wi-Fi.
Open the T-Mobile Internet App.
Enter the administrator password (found on the back label of the device) and log in.
Check connection status and signal strength under “Connection status” and “Connection quality” respectively
