Rude customer agent
Windall J is very rude customer agent.
All i asked was why is my bill over 900$ very very bad agent, this person should be removed.

Most of the customer service reps I talk to are very rude and unhelpful. Even after speaking to supervisors who are still rude and can't resolve any real issues!
I recommend switching providers as an associate from TMobile recommended

The only ones that I've had that were rude … are the ERT (Executive Response Team) or OEM (Office of Executive Management). 1st call is usually polite. Call back is almost always a 'if you don't like - we can port you to another carrier' or "You're calling soley for obtaining service credit" (when its actually T-Mobile Philippines that push those service credits and escalations).
