SE Missouri little or no internet

Are their others with little to no internet service near Fredericktown, Missouri? My service is normally 50 to 150 mbps. For the past 3 days it varies between no service and 2 or so mbps.

  • I finally after waiting 45 minutes, contacted them. They told me there is a problem with the tower in my area. Hopefully they will have it fixed this week.

  • I think many people are seeing the same. The last three days, a holiday weekend, I've been tracking the speed with their speed test. It begins at 6 a.m. with 90-100 MBPS. It degrades over the next 6 hours to unusable at less than 2 MBPS. I can't even use it for a computer video. No streaming. They blamed my router location. Not a chance. The data shows the same for three consecutive days. I believe their network is over congested. They oversold 5G service and don't have the infrastructure to support it. But they lie telling us they have no network problems. I had to explain to them I am reporting the problem they are either lying about or don't know exists. But I think they know.

They told me that two months ago. Never fixed anything. Now while I still have the same problem they say they fixed it, but I still have the same problem. then they said they have no more work scheduled for this area saying leave, your service will not improve.

The user of my second line has been having problems getting service in Wichita, Kansas. I was told that there was an incident report indicating a possible problem with a tower.  After seeing the latest replies, however, I'm not so sure that they were being up front with me about the issue.  Wish I knew where renaissanceman was located to see if the problem is in the same region.
