Seems Tmobile has recycle their 2021 with 2005 towers! No services 99% of the time!
I can't use my one year old S22 ultra phone unless I use my home Spectrum internet. I can't make a phone call, text or use the phone's internet. When I leave my home I can't use live Google map unless at start at home but it drops within 10 feet from my home internet. I can only call 911. My phone is useless. So I am paying monthly payments to use my home internet or public wifi. I complained for 3 months, but they blamed my phone. But my phone works in some spots in certain cities. It worked in my home for 3 years, but not anymore. Then consumer service had the nerve to tell me they would only give me a $10 credit ONCE. So I been paying for nothing. I will pay off my phone device next month and leave Tmobile. The towers they put up are AWFUL! Less service by 99.9% i am paying for service they refuse to serve. That's a breach of contract.

I'd recommend contacting T-Mobile vs. a customer forum. Since you've gone through 1st level, and they haven't performed any 'fixes', contact the BBB and file a complaint. While there is no 'contract', T-Mobile did have service in your area, and appears to now not have service, and your device was purchased through them, I assume ?
