Sudden slow speed on my PC's but not on my MAC
Until recently I was getting 150 to 250 btps download on all my computers, but now i get 20 to 30 btps on my two PCs while still getting 150+ on my MAC. any idea why?
If your router is set with a single SSID for both 2.4GHz and 5 GHz channels, it could simply be that the PCs are latched to a 2.4 GHz channel, while the MAC happens to be on a 5 GHz channel. Channel changes happen periodically without you knowing, and can cause speed changes when it does.
I checked and I'm on 5 GHz. My speed is a little better at 50 mbps, but still far below the 150 it used to be. Strangely my upload speed is about the same as it used to be at 65mbps.
So, you’ve probably already done this, but if not, maybe re-boot everything.

It's possible that your router's single SSID setup is causing the PCs to connect to the 2.4 GHz channel while the MAC is on the 5 GHz channel. These devices might be switching channels periodically without your knowledge, which can result in fluctuations in connection speed.
